Die professionelle Supervision hat sich in den letzten 30 Jahren als arbeitsweltbezogene Beratungsorm vor allem im Sozialwesen institutionalisiert, muss sich jedoch angesichts struktureller Veränderungsprozesse in diesen Arbeitsfeldern immer wieder mit veränderten Lernanforderungen auseinandersetzen. Im Seminar werden wir uns zunächst mit gegenwärtigen Strkturveränderungen in Organisationen des Sozialwesens und damit verbundenen veränderten Anforderungen an professionelles Handeln auseinandersetzen. Im zweiten Schritt werden Folgen dieser Veränderungen für das Verständnis von Supervision als personenbezogene Reflexionsarbeit im Spannungsfeld von Persönlichkeit, Rolle, Klientel und Organisation diskutiert.
