Im Rahmen dieses Praxisprojekts sollen Bedarfserhebungen an ein bis zwei Schulen zum Thema „Trink Leitungswasser!“ durchgeführt werden. Ziel dabei ist die Akzeptanz und Nutzung von Leitungswasser als Getränk zu erhöhen und das Image zu verbessern. Zusätzlich werden grundsätzliche Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse durch die Kooperation mit der Verbraucherzentrale NRW in Bielefeld vermittelt.
Die Veranstaltung findet online statt (in einer Kombination aus Zoom-Meetings in der gesamten Seminargruppe und Arbeit in festen Kleingruppen à 3-4 Personen). Den Zugang zum Online-Meeting erhalten alle eingetragenen und im Praxisprojekt zugelassenen Studierenden kurz vor der Veranstaltung.

Die Veranstaltung mit der Abgabe einer Hausarbeit zum Thema der jeweiligen Kleingruppenarbeit abgeschlossen. Am 19.11.2020 erhalten diejenigen Studierenden ein Thema, die sich zu dieser Veranstaltung angemeldet (Übernahme in den Stundenplan bis einschl. 18.11.2020) und das Thema der Hausarbeit im Projekt mit mir abgestimmt haben. Das Projekt wird zusätzlich in einer Präsentation dem Kooperationspartner vorgestellt. Die schriftliche Ausarbeitung ist bis einschließlich 28.02.2021 einzureichen.
Genauere Informationen werden zu Veranstaltungsbeginn im Syllabus und den Unterlagen zum Praxisprojekt bereitgestellt.
