Die Vorlesung gilt den nicht auf Rechtsgeschäft beruhenden Schuldverhältnissen und damit dem zweiten Teil des Besonderen Schuldrechts. Behandelt werden insbesondere Geschäftsführung ohne Auftrag, unerlaubte Handlung und ungerechtfertigte Bereicherung.
Es werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur (§§ 41 Abs. 1 Nr. 2, 42 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 StudPrO 2020) sowie eine Hausarbeit (§ 41 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 StudPrO 2020) angeboten.
