Im Seminar wollen wir gemeinsam die Mathematik als ‚Wissenschaft von den Mustern’ kennenlernen. Wir erarbeiten dabei, wie man Grundschülerinnen und Grundschüler auf diesen Weg mitnehmen kann. Anhand verschiedener Inhaltsbereiche und Aufgabenformate wird aufgezeigt, wie Grundschulkinder mathematische Strukturen auf vielfältige Weise entdecken und begründen. Ein besonderer Fokus wird dabei die Rolle der Sprache sein.
Im Seminar wird den folgenden Fragen nachgegangen: Was eignet sich überhaupt als mathematischer Anlass für den entdeckenden und begründungsfördernden Mathematikunterricht? Wie können unterschiedliche Lernende produktiv an einem mathematischen Gegenstand arbeiten? Wie kann man sie dabei unterstützen? Theoriegeleitet wollen wir auf dieser Grundlage konkrete Unterrichtsangebote entwickeln.

Digitale Ergänzung: Das Seminar besteht zum Teil aus gemeinsamen Zoom-Sitzungen (oder ggf. Präsenzsitzungen) sowie angepassten digitalen Selbstlerneinheiten.
