Organisationsberatung, Supervision und Coaching gelten heute als wichtige Formate der Beratung in Organisationen. Die Veranstaltung gibt einen Einblick in wichtige Theorien und ihre Vertreter(Bürokratietheorie, Systemtheorie, Gruppentheorie, Verwaltungstheorie), es werden zudem Theorien zum Verstehen in Organisationen (Rollentheorie, Habitushermeneutik) und Formaten (Teamberatung, Einzelberatung, Führungskräfteberatung) vorgestellt.
