Die Seminarsitzungen werden ab dem 4. November per Videokonferenz (Zoom) stattfinden. Genauere Hinweise und Einladung folgen per Rundmail.

Ausgehend von einer Kritik an Kants Ethik entwickelt Schopenhauer in der Preisschrift über die Grundlage der Moral seine eigene Konzeption einer Mitleidsmoral. Sowohl die kritischen als auch die konstruktiven Aspekte der Schrift sollen im Seminar besprochen werden.
Kenntnisse der Kantischen Ethik sind hilfreich und wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung können maximal 15 Hausarbeiten geschrieben werden.
