Das Projekt Peer Learning (Teil der Exzellenzinitiative „Wege zu einer neuen Lehr- und Studienkultur“) möchte studentische Lernkultur stärken und Formen des kollaborativen Lernens fördern. Peer-TutorInnen übernehmen dabei eine tragende Rolle, sie beraten und begleiten studentisches Lernen insbesondere in Selbstlernphasen und unterstützen Zusammenarbeit. Im Praxisseminar werden Einsatzfelder für solche Peer-TutorInnen entwickelt. Dabei arbeiten wir projektorientiert und durchlaufen alle Phasen eines Projekts von der Bedarfsanalyse, Ideenfindung bis hin zur Konzeption, Planung, Umsetzung und Bewerbung der neuen Angebote. In Teams werden neue Formate, wie beispielsweise Peer Facilitation, Peer Feedback für Präsentationen, Beratung für Bewerbungsunterlagen, Workshops entwickelt o.Ä. konkretisiert.
Im Seminar können Studierende sich in Projekt- und Teamarbeit ausprobieren und lernen wichtige unterstützende Instrumente kennen und reflektieren sie in einem begleitenden Lernportfolio. Besonderheit dieses Seminars: Studierende schaffen sich selbst ein neues Einsatzfeld als Peer-TutorIn und gestalten dadurch die Studienkultur mit.
