Die Einführung soll die Studierenden in Grundfragen der germanistischen Literaturwissenschaft einführen. Mit diesen Grundfragen hängen auch Grundfertigkeiten literaturwissenschaftlichen Arbeitens zusammen. Thematisiert werden dabei:
• Theoretische Selbstverständigung über zentrale Anliegen des Faches Literaturwissenschaft
• Analysetechniken (insbes. Gattungsanalysen) und Terminologien des Faches
• Wissenschaftliche Arbeitstechniken
• Einführung in das wissenschaftliche Schreiben
