In dieser Veranstaltung werden die gesundheitsfördernden und -schädigenden Einflüsse des Arbeitslebens in einer Kombination aus Online-Seminar (über Zoom) und Heimarbeit behandelt. Das Seminar ist dabei in drei inhaltliche Blöcke aufgeteilt. Im ersten Block setzen sich die Teilnehmenden in Heimarbeit mit Stresstheorien der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie auseinander. Im zweiten Block werden in Zoom-Sitzungen ausgewählte Themen wie betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement und psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilung näher betrachtet. Im letzten Block folgen die Bearbeitung eines Gruppenprojekts zu einem ausgewählten Thema und die Präsentation dieses Projekts über Zoom. Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung durch interessante Praxisvorträge von berufstätigen Personen aus dem Themengebiet.
