Im praxisorientierten Blockseminar „Infofilm in Ausstellungen“ erhalten die Studierenden Einblick in die konzeptionelle Vorgehensweise und die Produktionstechniken zur Umsetzung von Sachthemen in Form von anschaulichen Videoclips. Inhalte der Erklärfilme sind analoge Film-, Ton- und Kinotechnik wie neben anderen z. B. die Funktionsweise eines Malteserkreuzes zum intermittierten Filmtransport im analogen Filmprojektor oder die Umwandlung von Schall in optische Signale und umgekehrt für das Lichttonverfahren, das seit Ende der 1920er Jahre bis in unser Jahrhundert im Kinofilm genutzt wurde. Anleitung und Hilfestellung geben die Macher der Ausstellung „Die große Illusion – Bielefelder Kinogeschichte(n) aus 125 Jahren“ (www.diegrosseillusion.de), die am 06.09.2020 im Historischen Museum Bielefeld eröffnet wird. Die Seminararbeiten sollen integrierter Bestandteil der Infoinseln dieser Ausstellung werden. Die Veranstaltung wird durchgeführt in Kooperation mit der Stiftung Tri-Ergon-Filmwerk und der Tri-Ergon Filmproduktion Bielefeld.
