In diesem Seminar werden geschlechtersensible Perspektiven als eine Form von Professionalität in sozialpädagogischen Handlungsfeldern erarbeitet. Mit verschiedenen geschlechtertheoretischen „Brillen“, wie der Sozialisation, Konstruktion und Dekonstruktion von Geschlecht werden wir im ersten Teil des Seminars einen Überblick über grundlegende theoretische Perspektiven auf Geschlecht erarbeiten.
Im zweiten Teil des Seminars wird eine Auseinandersetzung mit Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten von geschlechtersensiblen Perspektiven in der sozialpädagogischen Praxis, sprich ein Theorie-Praxis Transfer stattfinden. Zentralen Fragen des Seminars sind: Wie wird Geschlecht in unterschiedlichen Theorieansätzen konzeptionalisiert? Welche Geschlechterverständnisse finden sich in Feldern der Sozialen Arbeit?Das Seminar findet auf Grund des Online-Semesters ohne Präsenzsitzungen statt. Über die Seminarinhalten den Ablauf und die Arbeitsformen des Seminars werden Sie per E-Mail (E-Mail Verteiler des ekvv) am 24.04.2020 informiert.
