Weiterbildung und Management wird häufig als ein Gegensatz verstanden: während Weiterbildung für das „Pädagogische“ steht, wird Management dem „Ökonomischen“ zugeordnet. Häufig wird auch zwischen Betriebsmanagement (Organisationsentwicklung, Personalentwicklung, Controlling, Marketing, Finanzmanagement etc.) und Prozessmanagement (Bildungsbedarfsanalyse, Programmplanung; Veranstaltungsdurchführung, Qualitätssicherung; Vernetzungsmanagement etc.) unterschieden.
In diesem Seminar verschaffen wir uns einen Einblick in die verschiedenen Handlungsbereiche des Managements in der Weiterbildung durch systematisierende theoretische Einblicke, durch Beispiele aus der Bildungspraxis als auch durch gemeinsame Projektarbeit.
