Wichtig:Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation kommt die Information: Alle Studierenden mit einem Platz in der Veranstaltung erhalten zu Beginn des Semesters die notwendigen Informationen zur Durchführung des Selbststudiums bzw. der Prüfungsleistungen. Die Begleitung dessen wird zunächst ausschließlich in Form von Telefonsprechstunden und per E-Mail und im Lernraum (Plus) stattfinden.
In dem Seminar Diskriminierungsforschung: interdisziplinäre Perspektiven wird das Konzept Diskriminierung mit ihren Ursachen, Formen und Folgen diskutiert. Ein besonderer Fokus des Seminars liegt auf der interdisziplinären Analyse und kritischen Reflexion des Phänomens Diskriminierung. Zunächst werden im Seminar die grundlegenden Begriffe und das Konzept der Diskriminierung (Grundlagen und Forschungsergebnisse) eingeführt. Im Anschluss daran werden Theorien und Befunde der aktuellen Diskriminierungsforschung durchleuchtet. Abschließend werden Diskriminierungserfahrungen in Bezug auf soziale Gruppen und Personen diskutiert.
