Das Seminar soll grundlegende Einblicke in die aktuellen Arbeitsverhältnisse des zeitgenössischen Kultursektors und die Spezifika der Erwerbsarbeit im Bereich der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft geben: Prekarisierung, Transnationalisierung, Subjektivierung. Theoretisch bilden Arbeiten von Bourdieu und Reckwitz den Rahmen, empirisch stehen sowohl klassische künstlerische Berufe wie Tänzer, Musiker und Sänger, aber auch postmoderne Kreativemilieus im Zentrum.
