Development of an augmented reality based app that helps with design reviews in industrial settings. The Microsoft Hololens is used as wearable augmented reality device.
Example application: Let's say in a factory/oil rig somewhere the worker needs a new remote for their machines. They have their requirements and they sent it to the designers. But it's not always possible for the designers to be present at the location. So with the help of the MS Hololens and this app, the design documents for the remote can be augmented and displayed in 3D while both, worker and designer can see the visualization and talk about it, while they are having a call.
