Das Seminar gibt einen Einblick in die Verlagsarbeit von Theaterstücken. Woran erkennt man ein gutes Stück? Wie lektoriert man sie. Wie vermarktet man die Inhalte, die Stücke und die Autoren? Wie kommuniziert man mit Autoren, Übersetzern und Grafikern? Wie gestalten sich die Aufführungsverträge mit den verschiedenen Theatern, von der Freien Gruppe bis zum Staatstheater? Von den Teilnehmern wird erwartet, dass sie Theaterkenntnisse mitbringen und Theatertexte lesen und beurteilen können. In praktischen Übungen zum Schreiben und Lektorieren von Szenen und Pressetexten werden die Teilnehmer auch das kreative Handwerk kennenlernen.
