250271 Schutzkonzepte in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe (S) (WiSe 2019/2020)

Im Seminar werden kinderschutzbezogene Regelungen vorgestellt und deren fachliche und jugendhilfepolitische Implikationen am Beispiel von Schutzkonzepten diskutiert. Hierbei wird eine Verschränkung von Eingriffs- und Leistungsmodalitäten, präventives Handeln bei potentiellen Gefährdungsrisiken sowie Tendenzen einer kontraktualistischen Aktivierung von Elternverantwortung im Medium von Schutzplänen diskutiert. Inwiefern sich in Schutzkonzepten Organisations- und Verhaltenserwartungen vereinen lassen, um die Interpretationen und Perspektiven von Wohlergehen in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe abzubilden, wird im Seminar zu erörtern sein.
