250110 Professionelles Handeln in pädagogischen Kontexten (S) (WiSe 2019/2020)

Das Seminar, das sich am moderen hochschuldidaktischen Ansatz des "begleiteten Selbststudiums" orientiert, ist entlang wechselnder Arbeitsphasen (Plenum, AG, Plenum) geplant. Entlang verschiedener Szenarien wird es darum gehen, pädagogisches Handeln unter den Aspekten Professionalisierung, pädagogisches Handeln und pädagogische Adressat*innen zu diskutieren. Vor dem Hintergrund sogenannter "Querschnittsthemen" werden dann Antinomien professionellen Handelns herausgearbeitet und reflektiert, so dass alle Teilnehmer*innen gegen Einde des Seminars in der Lage sind, ein eigenes pädagogisches Konzept zu erstellen und pädagogisch zu begründen.

Die regelmäßige und aktive bzw. mitgestaltende Teilnahme an den ausgewiesenen Plenumssitzungen wird als verbindlich vorausgesetzt und stellt die Grundlage für die Verbuchung von Leistungspunkten in diesem Seminar dar. Darauf aufbauend erfolgt die Bescheinigung der Studienleistung durch aktive Mitarbeit in selbstgesteuerten Themen- bzw. Arbeitsgruppen, Themeninput oder Diskussionsmoderation (3 LPs) sowie einem Schriftlichen Beitrag (2LPs - Einzelleistung).
