301151 Aktuelle Rechtssoziologie (S) (WiSe 2019/2020)

Im Seminar werden aktuelle rechtssoziologische Texte aus rechtssoziologischen Zeitschriften (z.B. Zeitschrift für Rechtssoziologie, Journal of Law and Society, Law and Society Review) gelesen. Die Auswahl erfolgt in den ersten Sitzungen gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmern. Die Studierenden erhalten dadurch einen unmittelbaren Zugang zu laufenden Forschungsdebatten.

Requirements for participation, required level

Seminar für Fortgeschrittene. Sehr gute Kenntnisse der soziologischen Theorie und der Rechtssoziologie (in etwa entsprechend dem Stand nach dem Seminar "Rechtssoziologie") werden vorausgesetzt.

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.

Die Lektüre aller Texte ist Pflicht. Nur wer gelesen hat, kann teilnehmen. Mindestens 8 Exzerpte sind am Tag vor der betreffenden Sitzung in elektronischer Form im Lernraum zu deponieren und in der Sitzung in Papierform zur Diskussion bereitzuhalten und abzugeben. Exzerpte sind Texte (keine Tabellen oder Stichwortlisten), die in knapper Form (1-2 S.) folgende Punkte umfassen:

a) Welches Thema/welche Frage behandelt der Text?
b) Welches sind die zentralen Aussagen?
c) In welchen Argumentationsschritten werden diese Aussagen entwickelt?
d) Welche Fragen haben Sie an den Text? Skizzieren Sie Ihre eigene Position.

Unabhängig davon ist für die Modulprüfung im Modul "Rechts- und Regulierungssoziologie" eine Hausarbeit erforderlich. Hausarbeiten müssen spätestens am 1. April 2020 (eine Woche vor Beginn des Sommersemesters) in elektronischer und schriftlicher Form abgegeben werden.

Hausarbeiten können auch während des Semesters geschrieben und im Seminar vorgestellt werden. Dadurch entfällt die "Nachbereitung" des Seminars in den Sommerferien. Vorschläge werden ggf. in der ersten Sitzung diskutiert. Bei Interesse ist Kontaktaufnahme vor Semesterbeginn empfehlenswert.
