Die TeilnehmerInnen werden gebeten, bereits zur ersten Stunde eine Gesetzessammlung mitzubringen. Empfohlen wird die Anschaffung einer der folgenden Sammlungen:
- „Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit“ (hrsg. von Dix) bei Nomos (2. Aufl., 2018, 978-3-8487-4231-8, 34,- €)
- „Datenschutzrecht“ aus der Reihe „Beck-Texte im dtv“ (11. Aufl., 2019, 978-3-406-73221-8, 20,90 €)
- „Internet- und Datenschutzrecht“ (hrsg. von Schwartmann / Jaspers) bei C.F. Müller (978-3-8114-9577-7, 31,99 €).
