Juristen, die sich für die Tätigkeit in Unternehmen interessieren, kommen nicht umhin, sich mit Themen zu befassen, die in den Aufgabenbereich der Führungskräfte gehören – entweder da sie selbst Führungskräfte sind, oder da sie Führungskräfte nur dann gut beraten können, wenn sie deren Situation nachvollziehen können.
Diesem Umstand soll in der Veranstaltung „Organisationspsychologie“ Rechnung getragen werden. Die Veranstaltung spricht jene Themenbereiche der Organisationspsychologie an, welche Juristen im Unternehmen begegnen werden. Dazu gehören:
• Eignungsdiagnostik
• Personalbeurteilung
• Führung
• Training und Personalentwicklung
• Organisationskultur und –entwicklung
• Konflikte

The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
Zur Erbringung der Studienleistung ist es erforderlich zu einem zugewiesenen Thema eine praktische Übung oder eine moderierte Diskussion im Umfang von 30 Minuten auszugestalten und anzuleiten.
Die Modulteilprüfung in Form eines Referates von 20-30 Minuten mit Ausarbeitung im Umfang von 4-8- Seiten wird in einer Gruppe erbracht. Jede Person erfüllt dabei die zuvor genannten Anforderungen, die individuellen Anteile müssen kenntlich gemacht werden. Die Note setzt sich jeweils zur Hälfte aus dem Referat und der Ausarbeitung zusammen.
Ein Thema wird in der ersten Sitzung der Veranstaltung ausgegeben. Wer zu diesem Termin entschuldigt verhindert ist, meldet sich innerhalb einer Woche um ein Thema und eine Referatsgruppe zugewiesen zu bekommen.
Das Referat ist wesentliches Gestaltungselement für die entsprechende Sitzung. Aus diesem Grund findet eine Vorbesprechung des Referats in der Vorwoche des Referatstermins statt, um die Anforderungen auf Basis der bisherigen Arbeit zu besprechen.
