• Sie erwerben Kenntnisse über grundsätzliche Ziele und Funktionen der Gymnasialen Oberstufe.
• Sie kennen Vorgaben für die Gestaltung der Gymnasialen Oberstufe und bewerten sie.
• Sie kennen Organisationsmodelle, Konzepte und Problemlösungen von Oberstufe.
• Sie arbeiten in diesem Seminar zu den bestehenden Angeboten für Individualisierung im Unterricht und deren Benotung (wie Besondere Lernleistung; Facharbeit; Projektkurse etc.)
• Sie bewerten Selbständigkeit in der Oberstufe unter Aspekten der Jugendkultur und der Entwicklungspsychologie.
• Sie differenzieren zwischen den Anforderungen der Kompetenzorientierung und den An-forderungen an Individualisierung.
Die Seminarfeinplanung und die Bedingungen für SL und Prüfungsleistungen werden zu Beginn des Seminars besprochen.
Bitte mitbringen, digital oder analog die schulrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, d.h. den Kernlehrplan (KLP) eines der beiden Fächer und dazu die Vorgaben für die zentralen Abi-turprüfungen für 2019 in dem gleichen Fach:
