250355 Beobachtung als Methode für (angehende) Lehrer*innen (S) (SoSe 2019)

Beobachtungskompetenz gilt als Grundlage qualifizierten Lehrer*innenhandelns, denn "Erziehen, Beraten, Unterrichten und Beurteilen gehören zu den Handlungsaufgaben von Lehrern und Lehrerinnen und sind jeweils ohne vorausgegangene Beobachtungen kaum angemessen zu bewältigen“ (de Boer/Reh 2012: V).
Daher soll in diesem Seminar die Theorie und Praxis von Beobachtung im Kontext Schule näher beleuchtet und reflektiert werden. Dazu wird in praktischen Übungen u.a. videographierter Unterricht beobachtet und unter Anwendung von bildungswissenschaftlichem Wissen analysiert (vgl. Herzmann/Proske 2014). Außerdem wird thematisiert, wie Beobachtungen als Grundlage für Praxisreflexion genutzt werden können.

Für den Erwerb der Studienleistung wird eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit und Beteiligung vorausgesetzt. Dies beinhaltet u.a. das Lesen der ausgegebenen Texte sowie die Dokumentation und Reflexion der in das Seminar eingebundenen Übungen sowie der Projektphase.

Eine benotete Modulprüfung kann, je nach Studiengang bzw. Modul, in Form einer mündlichen Prüfung oder einer Hausarbeit erbracht werden.
