250204 Pädagogische Professionalität zwischen sonderpädagogischer Förderung und inklusiver Bildung (S) (SoSe 2019)

Die Bedeutung inklusiven Handelns in allen Schulformen wächst stetig weiter. In den laufenden Bildungsreformen zur Umsetzung der UN-BRK (Behindertenrechtskonvention) stehen besonders Lehrer/-innen unter hohem Innovations- und Erwartungsdruck. Ihre Professionalisierung stellt einen zentralen Gelingensfaktor zur Umsetzung der Reformen dar. Im Seminar soll daher der Frage nachgegangen werden: Wie kann sonderpädagogische Förderung im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung von Unterricht mit Blick auf Heterogenität im Kontext der inklusiven Bildungsreformen gestaltet werden? Welche Implikationen hat dies für die Professionalisierung angehender und bereits erfahrener Lehrerinnen und Lehrer?
Neben theoretischen Modellen zur Professionsentwicklung wird im Rahmen einer Zukunftswerkstatt die eigene Profession gedanklich ausgeformt.
