Ökologische Nachhaltigkeit stellt eine Herausforderung für Unternehmen im 21. Jahrhundert dar (Starik & Marcus, 2000). Die Beschäftigten in Organisationen haben einen großen Einfluss auf die ökologische Nachhaltigkeit von Unternehmen (Andersson, Jackson, & Russell, 2013). In diesem Seminar werden strukturelle und personale Organisationsfaktoren behandelt, die dazu beitragen, dass Beschäftigte vermehrt umweltfreundliches Verhalten (Employee Green Behavior; EGB) zeigen. EGB definiert sich als jedes messbare Verhalten, dass dazu beiträgt die Umwelt zu schonen oder zu schädigen.

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul R (R.1 oder R.2) des BSc-Studiengangs Psychologie zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich. Nehmen Sie dazu bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV auf. Nur wenn Sie sich im eKVV angemeldet haben, können Sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.

Zur Vergabe der Seminarplätze im Modul R findet eine gemeinsame Vorbesprechung aller Veranstaltungen zu Beginn des Sommersemesters stattfinen. Der konkrete Zeit- und Ortangaben der Vorbesprechung folgen. Anwesenheit bei diesem Termin ist für die Teilnahme an diesem Seminar verpflichtend

Zum Erwerb von 4 Leistungspunkten sind folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: Regelmäßige aktive Teilnahme an den Seminarsitzungen sowie Gestaltung einer Sitzung.
In diesem Seminar findet ein großer Teil der Lernaktivitäten im Seminarraum statt, beispielsweise durch Diskussionen der Seminarteilnehmerinnen und -teilnehmer, praktische Verhaltensübungen oder Gruppenarbeit. Daher ist die regelmäßige Anwesenheit bei den Seminarterminen für die Erbringung der Studienleistung unbedingt erforderlich.

Die Modulteilprüfung (2 LP) wird in Form einer einer benoteten schriftlichen Arbeit erbracht. Sie greift i.d.R. die inhaltliche Thematik der Studienleistung auf und vertieft sie. Dabei sind unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungsformen denkbar (z.B. auch Fallstudien oder Projekte mit Ausarbeitung), welche einen Umfang von 2000 bis 3000 Wörtern haben. Die genaue Ausgestaltungsform wird in der ersten Sitzung bekannt gegeben.
