Im Vordergrund der Veranstaltung stehen kategoriale Daten:
Logistische Regression (Vorhersage eines dichotomen Kriteriums), Cox-Regression (Vorhersagte eines dichtomen Kriteriums über Zeit, eine Überlebenszeitanalyse), Loglineare Modelle (Analyse mehrdimensionaler Häufigkeitstabellen), Latent-Class (Aufdeckung von Subpopulation), Clusteranalyse (Clusterbildung anhand von Distanzmaßen), ggf. werden Inhalte aus "Multivariate Verfahren" wiederholt und vertieft.

Requirements for participation, required level

Die Vorlesung baut auf statistischen Grundbegriffen und Verfahren aus dem BSC-Studium auf. Folgende Kenntnisse sind unabdingbar: lineare Regression, uni- und bivariate kategoriale Testverfahren (z.B. x²-k*l-Test, x²-Anpassungstest) sowie bedingte Wahrscheinlichkeiten. Sollten einige dieser Punkte nicht mehr präsent sein wird dringend empfohlen diese selbstständig vor Beginn der Vorlesung zu wiederholen. Inhalte der Veranstaltungen "Multivariate Verfahren" und "Evaluation" werden als bekannt vorausgesetzt, sind aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
