250135 Rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe (S) (WiSe 2018/2019)

Im Seminar werden wir uns intensiv mit dem SGB VIII und den darin formulierten Aufgaben für die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe bschäftigen. Neben den "klassischen" sozialpädagogischen Handlungsfeldern Kindertagesbetreuung, Jugendarbeit und Hilfen zur Erziehung sollen auch weitere Aufgaben der öffentlichen Jugendhilfe in den Blick genommen werden wie z.B. die Heimaufsicht durch die Landesjugendämter oder Jugendhilfeplanung.
Über die Auseinandersetzung mit den Gesetzestexten und einschlägigen juristischen Kommentaren hinaus werden auch die Konsequenzen für die sozialpädagogische Fachpraxis herausgearbeitet. Diesbezüglich ist u.a. auch die Einladung von VertreterInnen aus den entsprechenden Handlungsfeldern geplant.
