Auf organisationstheoretischer Grundlage werden verschiedene Institutionen der Sozialberatung - deren Konzepte, Methoden und Arbeitsformen - hinsichtlich Beratungstheorie, Klientel, Problemlagen, usw. theoretisch bearbeitet und reflektiert. Dies geschieht im ersten Abschnitt auf organisationstheoretischer Ebene und im zweiten Abschnitt unter Berücksichtigung der Handlungsperspektive auf Grundlage von drei Methoden der Fallarbeit. Zur Vertiefung der einzelnen Schwerpunkte und zur exemplarischen Fallarbeit werden zu zwei Terminen Gäste aus der Praxis für den Austausch eingeladen.
