Psychisch krank? Mental gesund? Was als psychisch krank gilt und galt, war und ist stets eng verbunden mit gesellschaftlichen Normen. Im Rahmen des Seminars sollen geschichtliche und ethische Aspekte psychologischer und psychiatrischer Diagnosen sowie deren Entstehung beleuchtet werden. Dies soll anhand der Betrachtung historischer Entwicklungen von Sichtweisen auf psychische Krankheit (Diagnosemanuale, diagnostische Kriterien etc.) geschehen. Exemplarisch werden strittige Diagnosen zu normabweichendem Verhalten (z.B. sexuelle Orientierung/Identität, Trauer) sowie diagnostische Verfahren in bestimmten Epochen (z.B. im Nationalsozialismus) kritisch betrachtet und im Seminar diskutiert.
MERKE: Das Seminar startet am 20.11.18 mit einer Doppelsitzung (16-20 h). Ab dem 27.11. findet es wöchentlich als Einzeltermin statt (Ausnahme: 18.12.18 und 08.01.19) und endet mit einem Blocktermin am 26.01.19.
