Ausgehend von unterschiedlichen Lehrer(leit)bildern, wie sie sich in subjektiven Theorien, Studien zum Lehrerberuf, Prüfungs- und Rahmenvorgabe(n) usw. niederschlagen, sollen Konzepte beruflicher Professionalität in ihrer Genese und ihren Implikationen erarbeitet, vor allem aber auf ihre Konsequenzen für die Lehrerarbeit / Lehrerausbildung hin reflektiert, konkretisiert und exemplarisch in Simulationen erprobt werden.
Intendiert ist neben dem Aufbau entsprechenden Theorie- und Handlungswissens das Entwickeln reflexiv-analytischer Strukturen zur Fremd- und Selbstwahrnehmung - auch bezogen auf das Gestalten der eigenen berufsbiografischen Entwicklung / Ausbildung.
In den Sitzungen wird ein Zusammenspiel von Informationsphasen, Diskussionen / Debatten und teilnehmerbezogenen Übungen sowie Präsentationen die Arbeit prägen - angebunden an videographierte / dokumentierte Situationen aus dem Alltag von LehrerInnen. (Bei entsprechendem Interesse sind ggf. auch Unterrichtshospitationen möglich.)

Bibliography

In bzw. nach der ersten Sitzung werden für die Seminararbeit zentrale Texte und Materialien benannt bzw. in einem Reader digitalisiert zur Verfügung gestellt.

Voraussetzung dafür ist neben der Anwesenheit und der gedanklich-kommunikativen Beteiligung das eigenständige Vor- und Nachbereiten der Sitzungen anhand der jeweils benannten bzw. bereit gestellten Materialien sowie das Mitmachen bei (Gruppen-) Übungen und das Präsentieren von (Gruppen-) Arbeitsergebnissen.
