Die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe agiert stets im Wechselspiel mit unseren gesellschaft-lichen Entwicklungen und reagiert auf die sich verändernden Lebenslagen der Ad-ressaten.
Im Spannungsverhältnis verschiedener Anspruchsgruppen, wie dem Gesetzgeber, den Adressaten selber, den Leistungsträgern (Kostenträger), den freien Trägern o-der den Fachkräften, gestalten sich Entwicklungen innerhalb der Kinder- und Ju-gendhilfe zunehmend komplexer.
Das Seminar betrachtet inhaltlich schwerpunktmäßig die Entwicklungen im Rah-men der Reform des SGB VIII (dem Kinder- und Jugendstärkungsgesetz) und des Bundesteilhabegesetzes. Kernthemen bilden die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe an der Schnittstelle zur Eingliederungshilfe, Wirkungsorientierung in der Kinder- und Ju-gendhilfe und eine Betrachtung von Handlungsstrategien in der Kinder- und Ju-gendhilfe.
