Aus anthropologischer Sicht ist die Sorge ein elementarer Bestandteil menschlichen Daseins, der jedoch nur in seiner je spezifischen Historizität und Kulturalität angemessen erfasst werden kann. Dies zum Ausgang nehmend, fokussiert das Seminar die Bedeutung von Sorge und Sorgen im Kontext der Kindheit. In den Blick rückt dabei zum einen die Figur der Sorge, die entlang von erziehungs- und bildungstheoretischen Fragen näher untersucht wird. Zum anderen wird in systematischer Perspektive auf historische und aktuelle Sorgekonstellationen und -diskurse eingegangen.
