Das Seminar verfolgt eine doppelte Zielsetzung. Der erste Teil befasst sich mit den philosophischen Grundlagen ethischer Beratung. Wir wollen uns das begriffliche Handwerkszeug erarbeiten, mit Hilfe dessen ein konkreter Fall aus der Beratungspraxis auf seine ethischen Implikationen untersucht werden kann. Im zweiten Teil soll dann am Beispiel der Beratungsformate Supervision und Coaching erörtert werden, welche Sachprobleme eine Ethik für beraterische Tätigkeiten zu bearbeiten hätte.
