In dem Seminar sollen die Grundlagen der empirischen Stereotypen-, Vorurteils- und Rassismusforschung erarbeitet und diskutiert werden. Dazu werden die grundständigen Begriffe diskutiert (Was ist ein Vorurteil? Wie unterscheiden sich Vorurteile von Stereotypen und Rassismus), die wesentlichen Theorien über die Ursachen diskutiert und nach Bedarf auf Möglichkeiten Vorurteile durch zivilgesellschaftliche Projekte zu reduzieren, erörtert.
Wesentlich ist Interesse, regelmäßig teilzunehmen und Interesse an der empirische Forschung über Vorurteile und Rassismus.
