Kreativität und Innovation in Organisationen werden als zentrale Elemente für die Bewältigung des zunehmenden Wettbewerbs in internationalen Märkten angesehen und gewinnen vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmenden Digitalisierung des (Arbeits-)lebens immer mehr an Bedeutung.
In dem Seminar werden kreativitätsfördernde und -behindernde Faktoren auf der Ebene des Individuums, der Gruppe und der Organisation diskutiert und einzelne Kreativitätstechniken vorgestellt sowie praktisch angewendet.

Diese Veranstaltung ist dem Modul R des BSc-Studiengangs Psychologie zugeordnet. Für diese Veranstaltung ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung erforderlich. Nehmen Sie dazu bitte diese Veranstaltung in Ihren Stundenplan im eKVV auf. Nur wenn Sie sich im eKVV angemeldet haben, können Sie an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.
Sollten sich mehr Studierende anmelden als Plätze vorhanden sind, wird eine Auswahl aus den Anmeldungen in der ersten Sitzung der Veranstaltung vorgenommen. Für die organisatorische Planung des Seminars ist die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung deshalb unbedingt erforderlich!

In diesem Seminar findet ein großer Teil der Lernaktivitäten im Seminarraum statt, beispielsweise durch Diskussionen der Seminarteilnehmerinnen und -teilnehmer, praktische Verhaltensübungen oder Gruppenarbeit. Daher ist die regelmäßige Anwesenheit bei den Seminarterminen für die Erbringung der Studienleistung unbedingt erforderlich
