Schulprogrammarbeit ist eine der Pflichaufgaben jeder Schule geworden. Unterschiedliche Schulen haben auf der Grundlage ihrer Erfahrungen, ihrer Geschichte, ihrer personalen Kompetenzen, ihrer Ressouren ihre Schulprogramme veröffentlicht.
In dem Seminar sollen diese Programme analysiert und mit kritischen Blick hinterfragt werden. Was verstehen z.B. die einzelnen Schulen unter Begriffen wie "Demokratische Schule", "Geschlechtsbezogener Pädagogik" oder "Integration"? Welche konkreten Maßnahmen, Projekte verstecken sich hinter diesen Begrifflichkeiten? Und wie werden die einmal festgeschriebenen Schulprogramme weiterentwickelt?
Im Laufe des Seminars wird die Umsetzung und Füllung der Schulprogramme auch durch "Besuche vor Ort" überprüft.
