Diese Veranstaltung ist auf das BA-Nebenfach Erziehungswissenschaft zugeschnitten. Sie ist dem Profil "Umgang mit Heterogenität", Grundlagenmodul, Element 3, zugeordnet. Jeweils mit Fallbeispielen aus der Praxis beginnend, werden Grundinformationen über das geltende Landesschulrecht gegeben. Vorgesehen sind folgende für die Lehrertätigkeit wichtige Themenkomplexe: Erziehungs- und Bildungsauftrag; verfassungsrechtliche Grundlagen; Schulformen und Schulstufen; Schule, Schulträger und Schulaufsicht; "Selbstständige Schule"; Schulpflicht; Elternrecht; Schülerrecht; Lehrerrecht; Schulmitwirkungsrecht; Privatschulrecht.
