Organisationen sind aufgefordert, Ethikstandards zu formulieren, konzeptuell zu verankern und ihre Grundsätze im Spannungsfeld sozialer, wirtschaftlicher und politischer Rahmenbedingungen zu verwirklichen.
Im Rahmen des Seminars soll theoretisches Grundlagenwissen zu ethischen Dimensionen sozialer Arbeit in Organisationen gemeinsam erarbeitet werden. Im Anschluss daran sollen anhand von Ethikleitlinien verschiedener Organisationen zum Gewaltschutz die Bedeutung ethischer Dimensionen des professionellen Handelns und professionelle Fallstricke kritisch reflektiert werden.
