Dieses Seminar bietet eine praxisorientierte Auseinandersetzung mit zentralen Instrumenten der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung im Kontext der Erwachsenenbildung. Die Studierenden lernen, unterschiedliche Methoden und Werkzeuge zur Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprozessen in Organisationen kennen und anzuwenden. Neben theoretischen Grundlagen liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Anwendung der Instrumente in realitätsnahen Szenarien. Das Seminar fördert sowohl die Reflexion eigener Rollen und Handlungsmöglichkeiten als auch die Entwicklung praxisrelevanter Kompetenzen.
Die Veranstaltung setzt die Bereitschaft der Teilnehmenden voraus, sich in Gruppenarbeiten und Diskussionen, die während des Seminars stattfinden, aktiv einzubringen. Es wird erwartet, dass sich die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer regelmäßig und aktiv am Seminar beteiligen und bereit sind die Gestaltung einer Seminareinheit zu übernehmen
