392033 Current Algorithms and Problem Solving (S) (SoSe 2017)

Contents, comment

------------------------------

Participants of this “Ringseminar” get insight into current research areas from the research groups (AGs) of the Faculty of Technology. PhD students and PostDocs, as members of the individual AGs, will provide insight into their own, and most recent scientific research results. These will be discussed with the participants afterwards.

As a main objective of this seminar, participants are provided with comprehensive insight into the different research areas of the individual research groups of the TechFak. Speakers will on one hand present a specific research topic from their most current work, and on the other hand they will provide a general overview of the research areas of the individual AGs.

In particular near future Bachelor- and Masterthesis candidates are provided with the opportunity to not only get insight into current research areas of the individual AGs, but especially the possibility to prepare themselves to not only find a topic of interest for their own research but also get a direct feedback of possible active participation in current work of one of the AGs.

Interested guests are welcome.
