Vertrauen ist ein beratungswissenschaftliches Kernthema. Zum einen geht es in Beratungsprozessen häufig um Beziehungen sei es zwischen einzelnen Personen oder zwischen Personen und Institutionen bzw. Organisationen, in denen Vertrauen zerstört wurde und nun ein Weg aus der Vertrauenskrise gefunden werden soll. Zum anderen handelt es sich bei der Beziehung zwischen Berater und Klient selbst um eine spezifische Form von Vertrauensbeziehung. Das Seminar befasst sich mit dem letztgenannten Aspekt und hat einführenden Charakter. Wir werden zunächst den Begriff des Vertrauens klären und uns mit der Unterscheidung zwischen personalem Vertrauen einerseits und institutionellem bzw. Systemvertrauen andererseits befassen. Davon ausgehend werden wir dann der Frage nachgehen, in welchem Sinne die Beziehung zwischen Berater und Klient als eine Vertrauensbeziehung verstanden werden kann und welche Schlussfolgerungen sich daraus für den Aufbau der beraterischen Beziehung ergeben.
