391030 Biotechnologie 1: Grundlagen der Biotechnologie (V) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Es wird mit einer allgemeinen Einführung in biochemische Grundlagen und die Kultivierung von Mikroorganismen begonnen. Danach wird aufbauend auf die Zellbiologie die Anwendung pflanzlicher und tierischer Zellkulturen besprochen. Die Veranstaltung ist durchgehend produktorientiert, um zu zeigen, in welchen Feldern die Biotechnologie heute zur Anwendung kommt. Die Übung wird im ersten Semester zur Vorbereitung des Praktikums im zweiten Semester genutzt. Voraussetzungen vor allem auf dem Gebiet der Analytik können hier in wünschenswerter Breite besprochen werden.
