Sowohl in der pädagogischen Beratungspraxis als auch in beratungswissenschaftlichen Diskursen erfreut sich der systemische Ansatz großer Beliebtheit und ist in vielen pädagogischen sowie therapeutischen Kontexten nicht mehr wegzudenken.
Im Rahmen des Seminars werden wir uns mit den verschiedenen Strömungen, Handlungsfeldern und Entwicklungslinien systemischer Beratung im Kontext gesellschaftlicher Entwicklungen und pädagogischer Beratungsherausforderungen auseinandersetzen.
Ziel des Seminars ist es, sich mit den Besonderheiten und Merkmalen des systemischen Ansatzes auseinanderzusetzen sowie Methoden und Konzepte pädagogischer Beratung unter der Berücksichtigung von Verstehensprozessen in verschiedenen Handlungsfeldern kennenzulernen. Auf dieser Grundlage können wir Chancen und Herausforderungen systemischer Beratungsansätze diskutieren und reflektieren, um Erkenntnisse darüber zu gewinnen, wie systemische Beratungsprozesse verstehend gestaltet werden können.In dieser Veranstaltung findet ein Platzvergabeverfahren statt.
