250260 Beratung und Ethik im Kontext von Organisationen (S) (WiSe 2020/2021)

Das Seminar findet z.T. digital, live zur genannten Zeit & z.T. digital, im Selbststudium (online synchron/asynchron) statt.
Geplant ist eine alternierende Abfolge von Phasen des Selbststudiums auf der Basis des „LernraumPlus“ und synchronen Lehreinheiten in Form von „Zoom-Meetings“. Diese werden zu den im eKVV angegebenen Veranstaltungszeiten stattfinden.

Das Seminar hat einführenden Charakter. Es befasst sich mit dem Spannungsverhältnis zwischen Profession und Organisation. Auf der einen Seite stehen die normativen Forderungen eines professionellen Berufsethos, die den Berater dazu verpflichten, die Interessen seines Klienten advokatorisch zu vertreten. Ihnen stehen auf der anderen Seite normative Forderungen gegenüber, die sich aus den organisationalen Strukturen ergeben, in denen Beratung stattfindet. Es wird zu fragen sein, wie Organisationen strukturiert sein müssten, damit in ihnen Beratung nach professionsethischen Maßstäben praktiziert werden kann.
