Schule ist mehr als ein Ort der Wissensvermittlung – sie ist ein sozialer Raum, in dem Identitäten geformt und gesellschaftliche Normen reproduziert werden. Wie bei jedem Miteinander prägen auch in der Schule Geschlechterrollen maß-geblich die sozialen Beziehungen und Handlungsprozesse im Kontext Schule.
In diesem Seminar soll der Einstieg in die Geschlechtertheorie ermöglicht wer-den und dazu einladen, den eigenen pädagogischen Blick um die Sensibilität für die Reproduktion von Geschlechternormen in der Schule unter Berücksichtigung von Intersektionalität zu erweitern. Dabei soll es z.B. um Fragen gehen wie: Wie verschränken sich Geschlecht, soziale Herkunft, Migration, Behinderung und andere Identitätsmerkmale? Welche Relevanz hat dies für das gesellschaft-liche und soziale Miteinander?
