Die Trennung vom Technischem und Sozialen hat eine lange Geschichte, die sich aber immer schon als schwierig erwiesen hat. Techanisiserung, Computerisierung, Digitalisierung sind dabei genauso wichtige Schlagwörter wie Atomkraftunfall, Klimakrise und Coronapandemie. Wir werden uns im Seminar gemeinsam Grundlagentexten soziologischer Technikforschung zuwenden, uns über die Science & Technology Studies in interdisziplinäre Forschungsbereiche vorwagen, um dann alles noch weiter zu verkomplizieren mit gegenwärtigen Überlegungen im New Materialism. im Zentrum steht für uns die Frage, wie Technisches mit Geschlecht zusammenhängt und werden hier insbesondere Männlichkeiten fokussieren.
Das Seminar wird wöchentlich vor Ort in Präsenz stattfinden. HINWEIS: Auf Grund einer Dienstverpflichtung beginnen wir erst eine Woche später am Dienstag, den 12.4.!
