In diesem Seminar werden die im Bachelor "Psychologie und Bewegung" erworbenen Kenntnisse bezüglich Trainingswissenschaften und Leistungsphysiologie aufgegriffen und weiter vertieft.
Die Trainingssteuerung/-planung wird von der Periodisierung in Makrozyklen bis hin zur einzelnen Trainingseinheit von den Kursteilnehmern aufgebrochen und analysiert. Zusätzlich sollen Möglichkeiten der Leistungssteigerung mittels Blocktraining oder Trainingslagern diskutiert werden. Neben diesen "klassischen" Themen der Trainingslehre soll auch die Gefahr durch Übertraining thematisiert werden.

Der Vortermin findet Ende April statt und ist für alle Seminarteilnehmer verpflichtend. Über das Datum des Blockwochenendes wird im Verlauf des Vortermins entschieden. Die Prüfung wird voraussichtlich in den Semesterferien stattfinden.

Requirements for participation, required level

Die Lehrveranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende des Masterstudiengangs "Intelligenz und Bewegung". Studierende des Bachelorstudiengprofils "Psychologie und Bewegung" können unter Maßgabe freier Plätze teilnehmen, wenn sie alle sportmedizinisch-trainingswissenschaftlichen Lehrveranstaltungen im vorgenannten Profil erfolgreich absolviert haben.
Die im Bachelorstudienprofil "Psychologie und Bewegung" vermittelten sportmedizinisch-trainingswissenschaftlichen Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen werden vorausgesetzt.
Eine optionale Voraussetzung ist das Vorlegen eines sportärztlichen Attests, da die praktische Durchführung kurzer Trainingseinheiten ein möglicher Bestandteil der Lehrveranstaltung ist. Dies wird am ersten Kurstermin mit den Studierenden abgestimmt.
