Das Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG) hat seit 2006 das Ziel Diskriminierung und Ungleichbehandlung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt aufgrund unterschiedlicher Dimensionen (z.B. Geschlecht, Herkunft, sexuelle Orientierung) zu beseitigen bzw. zu verhindern. Trotzdem zeigen aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse, dass bestimmte Teilgruppen der Gesellschaft anhaltend Diskriminierung im Arbeitsleben erfahren. Die Herausforderung von „Inklusion“ und „Diversity“ in Unternehmen bleibt ein aktuelles und komplexes Thema. Dieses Seminar bietet eine tiefgreifende Auseinandersetzung mit der umfragebasierten Messung von „Inklusion“ und „Diversity“ in Unternehmen und gliedert sich in drei aufeinander aufbauende Teile:
1. Theoretische Grundlagen: Einführung in das Thema Inklusion und Diversity im Arbeitsleben, Diskussion verschiedener theoretischer Ansätze und Begrifflichkeiten
2. Methodische Ansätze: Untersuchung verschiedener Instrumente und Befragungsmethoden für die Messung von Inklusion und Diversity in Unternehmen
3. Praktische Umsetzung: In Kleingruppen entwickeln Studierende eigene Messinstrumente, die anschließend in Pretests oder Befragungen evaluiert werden.
Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich der deskriptiven Statistik sowie im Umgang mit der einer Statistiksoftware (z.B. Stata, R, SPSS) werden vorausgesetzt.
