Beim Sprachenlernen spielen affektive Faktoren eine große Rolle, der Einbezug von Körperlichkeit und Spiel kann helfen, sich an eine "vollkommen fremde" Sprache wie dem Kiswahili anzunähern.
Theatertechniken ermöglichen solche Annäherungsweisen, zum einen indem Rhythmus, repetitive Elemente, und Spiele genutzt werden, zum anderen, um bei Rollenspielen tatsächlich ins Spielen zu kommen.Dieser Sprachkurs auf A 1.1-Niveau ist also zum einen interessant für Personen, die Kiswahili lernen wollen, zum anderen aber auch für Studierende, die daran interessiert sind, praktisch zu erfahren, wie man alternative Methoden und Spieltechniken im Fremdsprachenunterricht nutzen kann.
Der Donnerstagsstermin findet im Theaterprobenraum oder in einem anderen großen Raum statt, wo wir uns der neuen Sprache spielend nähern wollen, der Freitagsstermin in einem normalen Seminarraum. Beide Sitzungen sind gleich wichtig, regelmäßige Teilnahme ist deshalb unabdingbar.
Hintergrundinfo zur Sprache: Swahili oder Kiswahili ist eine agglutinierende Bantusprache, wird in Ostafrika auch als Lingua Franca gesprochen und ist als Kontrastsprache geeignet, weil diese Sprache "ganz anders" funktioniert als Deutsch.
Der Kurs wird in den nächsten Semestern NICHT wiederholt werden, es handelt sich also um ein einmaliges Angebot.
