610279 Nichtinvasive Hirnstimulation und motorische Leistung (S) (SoSe 2024)

Contents, comment

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current / alternating current stimulation (tDCS) / (tACS) are non-invasive methods to investigate and modulate neural processing within the brain, the spinal cord, and the peripheral neural system. These techniques find broad applications in both research and medicine/rehabilitation. This course is directed to students who would like to learn about the methods and will investigate their effectiveness in an experiment. The course can be passed in both German or English language.
